Hi there,

I was trying to upgrade my Hayes external modem from K56flex to V.90. After
I have downloaded the flasher from hayes website and flashed the modem, it
went through okay but when I try to connect to our Maxens (with ver. 6.1.3
and 7.0b) it will not connect. It will just give a long low pitch noise and
stop eventually. When I flash the modem back to K56flex, it works again. 

I could not find any particular info. from hayes website.

Any ideas where I should look for answer/solution ?
