I agree. All our clients that using USR V.90 connect at a speed generally
higher than other brands. That is why I want to upgrade the Hayes to see
how "good" the performance is. The Hayes external modem is given from
ascend during the promotion a while back. We got a Hayes external, a Zoom
external and a Global village external. I will later flash the Zoom see if
that give me the same result. I don't think the Hayes external modem is too
old for the V.90 code. The flash went really smooth though. Well, you never
know :)
