(ASCEND) 6.X.X w/ Netopia

Has anyone else noticed that code (for the Max) above 
6.0.0 doesn't work well with Netopia routers?  It seems 
the Max keeps clearing calls.  The code seems to work
consistantly (as far as the problems with Farallons go)
across 1800's and 6000's.

Kevin/Matt,

Does Ascend know about this?  Is this an Ascend problem?
I ask because:

A) the problem started with code > 6.0.0 and has not
   been fixed in the 6.1.x set
B) the Max seems to be the one sending the control
   messages to clear the call
C) I searched the Ascend web site, and it doesn't
   say anything about this problem
