What I see is that some of my PRIs provide the number that was called, some
don't. I usually get the calling number, and presumably only don't when the
caller is blocking it. Nothing is set anywhere in the TNT about Caller ID.

It's likely a telco issue. Don't take "Huh?" for an answer.
