Can't remember the exact details - haven't admined a MAX for about
6 months, but it is not as obvious as the manuals suggest. You need
to set Profile Required = Yes, Assign Addresses = Yes and Pool Only = Yes.

You need to set Pool Only = Yes even if you assign addresses from RADIUS.

There may be one other parameter to set. Let me check the docs. Nope. Pool
Only is the one. The docs say:

"Instructs the MAX to hang up if a call rejects the dynamic assignment."
