(ASCEND) Routing with Multiple Pipeline 75s on Single LAN

I am trying to connect two locations together using Pipeline 75 type TCP/IP
routers. To minimize my telco costs, I want to share the ISDN lines for
both voice and data. Ideally, I would like to get a Pipeline type product
that can support 2 BRI lines and 4 POTS ports.

Unfortunately, such a box does not exist. As a fallback, I am looking at
using 2 Pipeline 75s at each location. My question concerns whether or not
the Pipeline's routing capabilities can support this type of configiguration
(Note: One of my locations has two Windows 95 workstations, the other has
an NT Server and 3 Windows 95 machines).

I do not care about bonding multiple BRI channel together for added
throughput. The issue here is to be able to dynamically change the
workstation's routing table to use whichever Pipeline currently has an
established data connection, or if a data connection is not up, whichever
unit has a free ISDN channel available (US West has very attractive tarriffs
for measured service - 1 of my ISDN lines will be for incoming calls only,
the other for all outgoing calls and any overflow from the incoming ISDN
line). While all 4 POTS ports will be used for voice traffic, at least one
port will be free at all times (unfortunately, we can't predict which one).

I would appreciate any insight anyone might have on the routing issues
associated with this configuration.
