(ASCEND) Pipe 50 Packet-filter

Dear all,

can anyone give me a brief description how to set
up a filter for the ethernet-port on a pipe50
that denies all udp137 udp139 (winshit ports) 
and permits the rest?

I don't have the time to study the manuals...
