(ASCEND) 7.0.3 on the Max / LT windmodems

Hi,

we loaded 7.0.3 on a couple of Maxen over the weekend, mainly to test
the new modem code and because OSPF broke on a Max 6000 which was up
for 77 days running 7.0.1.
Anyway, no complaints so far from our Rockwell & 3Com-USR modem customers
and an interesting comment from one user dialing in with an LT winmodem. 
After beeing stuck at 31200bps with 7.0.1, he's now seeing (apparently 
stable) 45333bps connects.
The update of our Maxen was painless as usual, we're testing 7.0.3 on
a Max 2000, 4000 & 6000 (feik.m20/m40 & ebaxk.m60).
