(ASCEND) (Ascend) Dialout accounting?

     I was hoping to get an idea of how some users out there implement 
     accounting for Dialout users. I know radius accounting could be used 
     somehow to accomplish this, but it seems pretty messy 
     We are not going through the PBX either...
     
     Any ideas?
