The T3 card is mainly for dial-in rather than nailed lines. We have loads
of these working fine in the field for dial-in.

This sounds like a config issue. If config'd right, your nailed T1's on the
FL10 shouldn't need to grab HDLC resources from other cards. Please work
with the TAC or your SE on this.

If you're talking about nailed T1's then I might agree. If you're talking
about dial-in, the CT3 card is the best choice.
