Re: (ASCEND) static addressing



You will need to use some kind of dynamic routing protocol
to advertise the customer's static route to your border
router.  Use RIPv2 or OSPF and pass the customers netblock
to your border router.

If you have a static route configured on your border router
which points to max1, then when the customer connects to max2
your routing will break.  That is consistant with the 
symptoms you have described below.
