Re: (ASCEND) Radius that checks for milti logins
The following are things which I have not tried but found out after a previous
research:
The Merit solves the multiple login issue by the Simultaneous-Use attribute.
But this feature is available in Enhanced versions of Merit Radius. If you use
v3.6 there is a free patch in merit website. Simultaneous-Use is a check item
and you write it on the first line in a radius profile. Merit holds
information about user sessions in a file called session.las which they call
as session table and checks for the login IDs using this table. It creates the
Access-Accept or Access-Reject response according to this.
