(ASCEND) Pipeline 75 & Anonymous Call Rejection

I have a pipeline 75 and connect with a 5ESS.  I've tried the 6.0.13 and
7.0.0 code and I can't get anonymous call rejection to work.  I called the
PSC and they told me I needed an optional calling-ID package (when CLID has
been working all along).  I subscribed to the service from BA and still no
anonymous call rejection.  After no less than 10 calls to BA and the PSC
come to find out that BA doesn't offer anonymous call rejection for ISDN.
Does anyone know of a way to program the PL75 to not pass called without a
number to the POTS ports?
