Ascend's Navis Access 5, when it comes out, will be able to do this. You
are wanting to do tiered service. To my knowledge, the TNT has no way of
differentiating between users. You are either on or off. With NA5, you
can define service levels, and boot users based on incoming calls. You
will be able to do this since you are using PRI's.
Unfortunately, the time frame for NA5 is running VERY late. We would
like very much to be able to do the same thing, but the current release
date is now late August/early September. Almost a year behind
schedule...
