Connecting to what, running which software rev? This is very important.
Plain MlPPP, MP+ ,BACP or what other combination?

The Pipeline is missing the most basic, common way of DBA, plain BOD over
Multilink PPP. Go figure.

To bump the second channel in order to receive a phone call, yes.

ACO has nothing to do with bandwith-based allocation (as in based on
throughput load)
