(ASCEND) Cant get DBA to work on older P75 6.0.9

Cant get DBA to work on older P75 6.0.9

This problem was in this mailing list last November but the problem
never seem to be resolved. 

One of the issues raised was the setting of AOC on the ISDN switch.
This implied that the D channel was involved in BACP.

I would be grateful for any help.
