(ASCEND) GURUS: max 4000 ISDN connection STALLING! help

Hello,

we have a client using a max 4048 connecting to us (6.1.4+) over 256K ISDN.

When the link is running hot at 80 - 100% utilisation, the link seems to 
stall. The Maxes (we have one on our end too) still keep the line up (4 B 
channels) but there is no traffic. We cant transfer any data between the 
two nodes.

Its only during their peak times (the client is an ISP) with high 
utilisation.

They are really having a hard time with it and their customers are getting 
tired of hte problem.

Ascend are dragging their heals at helping.

We've had the Telco's out checking the lines and all sorts of things.

On our side, we have about 30 other connections on this particular router 
on our end, and they are all running with no probs.

ANY help would be really great.
