(ASCEND) win 3.1 Ip connection has been Lost



 
Our Windows 3.1 dialin customers using shiva dialer get an error of: The
ip connection has
been lost when dialing in.  To fix it the customer has to reboot windows.
It happens often enough to make them mad probably about every 3 or 4
calls.

It started somewhere after upgrade to version
7.0 but I'm not sure which version.  We are now at 7.0.4 on the TNT's and
on the maxen.   Has anyone found a fix for this?
