I don't know what they mean, but all kinds of spurious messages like that
dissappeared for us with 7.0, and the last remaining fatal errors,
warnings, etc. went away with 7.0.4.

Probably not what you want to hear. If this helps, we were stuck on 2.1.3
until 7.0 because none of the later 2.x released worked for us at all. But
I'm pretty happy with 7.0.4. It's even more stable for us than 2.1.3 was.
