(ASCEND) Macintosh LC

Since we moved to 6.1.24 and 7.0.4 we have had problems connecting old
Macs. (I know they are VERY old but we still have a couple of users with
them. They are rumming MacTCP 1.1 (or higher) and System 7.

Any ideas? Should I try Open Transport, or is there a paramater tweak I
can do?
