(ASCEND) Numbered interfaces and NAT

I have a situation where I need to use numbered routing and NAT, and 
I'm not quite sure what to put in:

LAN Adrs
WAN Alias
IF Adrs

I'm guessing that I still need to assign a static address or one from 
a pool to the LAN Adrs, but thought I'd ask.

Could someone give me an example?

I guess it'd help if I mention that we're the ISP. ;-)
