(ASCEND) Pipeline 130 doesn't Dial on Demand...

     For a long time my Pipeline 130 has not dialed on demand
if my dedicated ISDN line goes down.  I have been looking
for a setting on the Pipeline 130, but have not found anything
that looks like it will affect dial on demand.  What should I be
looking for ?  We are running v 6.0.9.
