Re: (ASCEND) ISDN dovb call routing on high density csmx TNT's
The way it is supposed to work is by creating DNIS profiles for
your ISDN number, and tell it to route it as call-type = digital, no matter
whether the call is digital or voice. Unfortunately, this is broken in
7.2.3. TR 5570.
We had to temporarily install HDLC cards to terminate the DOV
callers until they could write code that corrected it. I got an
engineering release late last year that corrected it for me, and has been
working well. I don't think this fix made it into the new 8.0 code yet.
Contact support or your rep and tell them you need the code that
fixes this problem.
