No kidding.  I did get some help from the PDF files on my CD-ROM though.
Just a complete command reference.

This looks very suspicious.  It says it's empty but has a length of 6?
Try naming the filter "filter1.in"  I KNOW that name works. :)

I dont see a problem here.  You dont have anything after the filter-id do
you that may be missing the comma?
