(ASCEND) Configuring MAX 4K from modem

Hello.

Usually, I configure Ascend MAX via telnet or console session, where just
the password is asked.

But now, I have a Max 4000 with no Internet access (the WAN port has a
problem) and just the dial-in access is working.

I would like to know how can I go to the Menus of Max calling it via modem?
Is there a factory "dial-in super-user"? Which menu configure this feature?

Sorry if this question is too basic... But I am beginnig on Ascend servers
and this question is relevant to me.
