How is this a flaw? Id think most would NOT want a default dialin user for
security reasons. But yes in order for him to do what he needs, he should
have set up a "backdoor" user. 

I see your point, in that you cant log in as "root" by default, per se, on
the dialup lines like you can a Lucent Portmaster (!root). I LIKE being
able to do that.
