(ASCEND) Bad Modem Card

I just lost a 16 port 56k modem card.  Rebooted max several times,
even moved card to different slot, shows as unavailable.
Does anyone know the best solution to replace?
Repair?  Ascend(Lucent)?  Third Party?
Used Card?  Know any good sources?
