(ASCEND) Pipeline 75 to Cisco AS5300

Hi...
I  have a Pipeline 75, but when it calls to AS5300, the ISDN call fall.
And when the Pipeline 75 calls to MAX 4000 , its connected..

Is there a special configuration in the P75 or Cisco RAS?
