Except for all local ip-addresses (ethernet ports) and pools, everything
else can remain the same.

Just power down the TNTs, reconfigure the multishelf cables and power
up all the boxes. Unless you will be taking MP/MPP calls, the boxes that are
in the multishelf configuration can start taking calls again. If you are
going to take MP/MPP calls, you need to configure the STACKING profile and
probably reboot the set (I don't know for sure, so better to err on the safe
side).

While reconfiguring the unit that will become standalone, I would recommend
that removing all its Ethernet links so it doesn't conflict with the other
boxes.

You will need a console connection into the unit that will become standalone
because it is going to be unconfigured. Once it comes up, restore the config
from the original stack, change the SYSTEM profile as follows:
   read SYSTEM
   set shelf-controller-type = standalone
set master-shelf-controller = <whatever is selected on the rotary switch>
   write -f

Finally, assign a new ip address to each ethernet interface on this box, and
assign a new pool for this box.

That should be about it. Reboot this box (changing the shelf-controller-type
requires a reset), reconnect all the Ethernet links and you should be ready
to take calls.

If you expect to take MP/MPP calls, you should also configure the
STACKING profile on both so they match.

BTW, to be able to use the same config for your T3, you _must_ maintain the
setting of the rotary switch. Otherwise, the config will have to be edited
since the physical address fields would indicate an invalid (different)
shelf number.

These two are maintained no problem.

You need new values for these.

If you expect MP or MPP calls, you need to configure the STACKING profile.

Hope this helps,
