We had the same problem and pulled our hair out with it. Its a hardware
problem. We didnt get a fatal history log at all.
Our supplier (Lidcam in OZ) replaced the unit and that removed all problems.
We are not the first to experience this. There must have been QA problems
when these were shipped about 5 months ago.
I think that you just have a bad box. Get stuck into them.
