(ASCEND) Radipad usage: URL?

Hi,

I'd like to use radipad to assign dynamic addresses, i have been thru
instructions i found at http://www.michael.phatcatz.net/radius/routbrdg.htm
but i think those instructions lack something since my radipad daemon
is NEVER queried about anything during authentication process.

Does anyone have a better/more complete URL about radipad usage?

PS BTW i use MAX TNT software 7.2.0 and ascend radius 1.16 1998/18/06
