Does anyone have a number and/or name for anyone who is/used to be with
Ascend Credit Corp or a number and/or name at Lucent with clue as to old
Ascend leases. I leased a Max 4000 (remember the "Max Up" lease program)
back in December of 1996 and the lease should have ended December 1999, but
the lease payments are still being drafted from our bank account.
After three phone calls to Lucent, I have yet to speak with anyone who
can/will assist me (all three calls ending up leaving voicemail messages
that have not been returned). Thanks in advance for any assistance.
