That's correct. The TNT will query the RADIPAD server. The RADIUS
server just tells the TNT that an address must be assigned.

If you have more than one box, the only other solution is to use
some other radius server that can administer the pool for you.
I don't have specific recommendations, as I'm a free radius server
kind of guy (why mess with something that works?)
