It should be correct. The Ascend defaults are ok.
1.) Ask your Telco if they really configured all 30 Channel bidirectional.
2.) If you are able to reproduce that check the following:
-Open a Telnet session to your MAX.
-Become Admin
-<CTRL-D><D>
-type "pridisplay 300 0" ("pridisplay 0 0" to turn off)
-you should see things like:
PRI-XMIT-0(task: B0780A60, time: 108280.42) 4 octets @ B0799B20
[0000]: 02 01 01 37
PRI-RCV-0(task: B04C3A20, time: 108287.17) 32 octets @ B080DB40
[0000]: 02 01 36 3E 08 02 00 0F 05 04 03 80 90 A3 18 03
[0010]: A9 83 81 6C 03 81 34 33 70 02 81 30 7D 02 91 81
-If you dial in get a busy from your Telco and don't see a long Message
at that Moment where the 9th Byte is $05 (a SETUP-Msg as shown) BEAT YOUR TELCO!!!
-Otherwise you can analyse your RAW Trace at http://www.mms.de/cgi-bin/ascdtracy.pl
I may give you some Hints.
