Yes, The Modem does finally answer, it just takes forever...
The main problem I guess is the solid tone...I had a customer say that they
tried dialing in 25 times and it was a solid tone...
Like you and other people have mentioned, it sounds like the call is being
routed to the HDLC controller...but I can't see how or why.
