I think it is actually OK as it is.
These spells go with abjuration:
banishment,
turn undead, holy word, cancellation, antimagic rune and counterspell.

Summoning is an unholy power, you summon unholy monsters,
so that makes sense for the amulet of unholiness,
but the flip side of summoning is control, 
and control goes with banishment.

Perhaps the problem is which spells go with
abjuration as a path.

As it stands, I think it's actually OK.  It doesn't
seem to me that amulets attuned to opposite gods
should necessarily grant *all* opposite powers.
