I like almost everything listed.  My only complaint is the anachronism of
the Grenade spells, but I can accept them under protest.  The rest looks
good.

I noticed there was a great deal of discussion about the implementation of
the Portal spell.  I say, implement it as you've described, and if it turns
out it needs to be changed, change it.  The current description looks fine
to me, though.

So, I vote Accept.  :)
