Creative ViBRA16X + PnP BIOS

How does one allocate resources for an ISA PnP card when one has a new PnP
BIOS that likes to allocate resources itself? A pnpdump reveals no cards
found even when I turn on "PnP OS" in the BIOS. I don't know if the BIOS
is actually allocating resources to the card or not. Any ideas on how I
could find out or allocate resources myself?
