Ask TCLUG - mailinglists

I've created a mailing list using a combination of Perl scripts and a qmail 
forward list.  Now I'd like to create a digest and an archive for the 
list.  The problem is I don't have access to a lot of the services on the 
webserver at my ISP I think I would need to do this.  For instance 
"cron".  Does anybody have any suggestions on what I could do or where I 
could get more information?
