Re: [TCLUG:7687] the real problem



The SiS620 card works very well in XFree86 if you download the updated X
server from www.suse.de...   There are still some quirks with trying to
use standard VGA mode; however. 

I had problems with the non-Suse version of XFree86 with my 620 as well..
(the Suse X server code will be part of the next official "XFree86"
release)
