"Metrowerks Inc. [NASDAQ:MTWKF] announced it will ship its next CodeWarrior
software development tools release for the Linux operating system as well as
for the Windows and Macintosh operating systems (OS). The firm joins a
growing list of vendors that have recently made their flagship products
available on Linux.
CodeWarrior currently support C, C++ and Java development on the Microsoft
Windows and Apple Macintosh operating systems. The announced port will be
the first to offer Linux users a crack at its integrated development
environment for x86 and PowerPC-based PC platforms"

This is a back dated announcement. I haven't checked their site lately but
CodeWarrior should be a good RAD tool. (may be, the Linux port is already
out)
