xntpd peer-to-peer time sync?

Anyone have a url on how to configure xntpd to use peer-to-peer time sync?

I just want all machine behind a firewall to be use each other as a time
source. 

If that is not possible, can you configure xntpd to be a time sources?

I have the default config and when I ntpdate to this host I get:

ntpdate[8121]: no server suitable for synchronization found
