Considering that Walnut Creek (formerly known as ftp.cdrom.com - they're one
of the major open source and shareware archives) regularly turned away
anonymous FTP logins because they were at the limit of 250 anonymous users,
I _always_ got excellent response times on anon logins, and they were running
on a single 486DX4/100, I'd say that you've got more than enough hardware
there to handle any probable load.

As another data point, I work for a company that, among other things, sells
voice mail services to schools, which are primarily used to allow parents to
call in and check on what Johnny's homework assignments are and the lunch
menu. We've recently started organizing machines as clusters of 4 boxen. A
group of 4 P200s is estimated to be sufficient to handle 5000 schools,
including voice mail, email, text-to-speech, line handling, fax receipt and
conversion to TIFFs, and making it all available over either a phone or the
web. I figure your P2/450 probably performs like at least 3 P200s. Unless
this is for a high-profile online business, you're not going to need more
than you've got.
