first off; what do you plan to do with this? if you want something
secure; maybe you should look at Khaos Linux (http://www.kha0s.org/).
they're attempting to make the most secure linux distribution possible.
for a bit more work, check out OpenBSD. (openbsd.org) maybe not the
most userfriendly OS out there; but it's solid and hard. I think most of the
stuff you want to run, can be run under OpenBSD without too much work.

just curious, how does one set a partition to be 'nosetuid'?
