Since everybody is aware of the problems getting OC3, T1, or anything else
installed by USWest - they should order FAR, FAR in advance.  This has
been a problem for years.  Can't shift the blame on that one.  Yes, USWest
was late.  yes, everybody in town would take a Vegas bet that the install
wouldn't happen by the promised date.  It has been that way for years.

If Onvoy has the cash, then doing things in advance is low risk too ...
right?  Their letter stated that they "thought" that they had ordered the
bandwidth and lines in time.  I have been with MediaOne (as a customer)
for over a year and there have been constant bandwidth (i.e. saturation on
a given link) problem - almost always originating with MRNet ... I mean
Onvoy.  You would think that in over a year, they would do a little
planning and get the needed connectivity before they sold it.  I can only
hope that MediaOne eventually cuts Onvoy out of the loop.  It would
probably fix both companies connectivity problems.

Uninformed, I would have to disagree.
