Thanks, I've gotten all my problems fixed. I found wmclock.rpm from a site
(I still don't know why it disappeared, maybe in the directory with
windowmaker-0.20?). WPrefs works very well and has an option to not have
resizes cover the dock. BANG! The maximize on startup and "open transients
in same worksapce as thier owners" are two very nice new featuers.

(When I link /usr/shape/blahblah/WPerfs to /usr/local/bin it can't find
the graphics, so I wrote a one line bash script instead. Not a problem, 
just odd.)
