Default resolution in Redhat 6.0

I setup redhat to have 4 resolutions from 640x480 to 1152x968 but when the
computer starts up it uses 640x480 and I have to hit ctrl-alt-+ 3 times to
make it the correct default resolution.  Where's the best place to set this
so it will default correctly?  

I saw where someone suggested changing a Lilo setting but that seems
strange to me (maybe it's correct it just seemed strange.)
