Just wanted to say, I talked to Onvoy today; my 384k DSL will be installed
within a month. If you want service, look to onvoy! My friends who have
ordered DSL through US West have had to wait a few months from ordering to
get it installed.. according to Onvoy, they will contact me in three weeks
to set up an install date, which will be within a week from that time!
That's just what I would call killer service.
