The talkback stuff you see running sometimes.  When netscape crashes
it can send data back to the devleopers so that they can try and fix
what caused it to crash.  I've got mine at home setup to automatically
send it in.  You get the option the first time it comes up.  You can
also type in what you were doing when it crashed so they have some more
information.
