I had a lot of good experiences with Vector Internet (visi.com), also
Bob Tanner's real-time company seems quite good (from all the help Bob
has given me!!!)

I will be losing my DSL soon, but while I have it, it is a full
fledged server - http, ftp, ssh, whatever - I was pretty much in
control of what I ran.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions...
